Group Exercise Certification

The NETA NCCA Accredited Group Exercise Instructor Certification is designed for individuals interested in teaching exercise in a group setting. NETA has the only NCCA Accredited Group Exercise Certification that provides hands-on training.

In the past 32 years, NETA has helped over 125,000 new instructors get started. The curriculum and exams are continuously updated to stay on the cutting edge of the fitness industry. NETA provides the important foundation needed to become a successful instructor. The primary focus is safe and effective teaching practices. Topics include:

NETA offers 2 options to become certified:

1. Attend a one day exam preparation workshop and gain insight into the basics of teaching group exercise.
2. Utilize the “Test Only” option and challenge the exam at over 500 Comira Testing Centers all across the US.

NETA provides extensive learning and exam preparation materials to make learning efficient, effective and enjoyable.

**Note NETA does not require one to attend a workshop or to purchase NETA study materials to be eligible to take the Group Exercise Instructor Certification exam. Exam only options are available at Comira Testing Centers with over 500 locations across the US.
