  2. Getting There and Parking
    1. View directions on website: http://www.kent.edu/recservices/directions.cfm  (Ted Boyd Drive often doesn't show up on mapping software.) *Intersection of E Summit Street and Ted Boyd Dr.*
    2. Non-permit holders may purchase a 3-hour temporary permit for $1.00 from the dispenser located in the lot outside the SRWC. Permits are not required from 6 p.m. Friday through 11 p.m. Sunday.

  3. Check in at the NETA Booth
    1. Please check in 20 minutes before your workshop at the NETA registration table, which will be located near the lobby.
    2. It will take approximately 5-10 minutes to get checked in. A wrist band will be required to get in and out of the facility.
    3. If you are registered for more than one workshop, you only need to check in at the NETA table one time.


  4. Workshop Instructions
    1. Allow a few extra minutes to locate your room as the facility is large and some of the workshops are spread out (see posted signs or ask NETA staff).
    2. Although Mats and Kettlebells are available for use, if you are registered for a Pilates or Kettlebellworkshop, we encourage you to bring your own mat or kettlebell. If you're registered for an aqua workshop please bring your swimsuit. Locker rooms availalbe to change prior to workshop.
    3. Make sure you sign the green roster when you get to the workshop.
    4. Evaluation forms are handed out at the end of the workshop.  Your feedback is very important.
    5. If you are pre-registered, you will receive your certificate at the conclusion of your workshop.

  5. Lunch and Snacks
    1. Summit Street Café available on-site in the fitness center. Hours: Friday 7:00am-10:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-6:00pm. Smoothies, Shakes, Wraps, Subs, Salads, Pita Pizzas.
    2. We highly recommend packing your own snacks and lunch. 
    3. There are restaurants within driving distance of the facility.

  6. What to bring and wear
    1. Dress in comfortable clothing; bring a jacket as rooms may be cool.
    2. Most workshops will involve a workout session, so come dressed to work out.
    3. Bring water, towel, a pen, healthy snacks, sweatshirt, calcuator (PT, GX) and perhaps a change of workout clothes.  
    4. Locker rooms will be available for use. Please bring your own locks.

  7. Shopping
    1. Be sure to visit the NETA Store to purchase music, clothing, and home studies. NETA accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
