Reformer Specialty Certification
This course examines the many parts of the Pilates Reformer and
teaches how to safely instruct participants through a total body
workout. NETA's Pilates mat principles will be reviewed while
reformer specific exercises are conducted. Workshop attendees will
learn the exercises by lecture, observation, and participation.

program:
1. Purchase and complete NETA's Intro
to Teaching Mat Pilates home study program.
2. Obtain 15 CEC's from the following home study programs: Enlighten Your Body;
Pilates Beginner; Pilates Intermediate; Pilates Advanced; Total Pilates.
3. Provide proof of completion to NETA.
