TIFFANI TABOR
Tiffani Tabor, BA, RYT holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Recreation Management from The University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Since her professional career began in 1998, she has created, managed, and instructed fitness classes, community outreach health promotions, and employee wellness programs for companies including Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Sea Trail Golf Resort, World Gym, Park Ridge Hospital and Brunswick County Parks & Recreation. Tiffani is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and holds national certifications in Pilates Mat Science, Ashtanga and Soft Form Yoga, and Group Fitness. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has been a teaching since 2002. She has been blessed with the opportunity to spend time at the Integral Yoga Ashram in Virginia and has practiced with yoga gurus Doug Swenson, Beth Shaw, Barron Baptiste and Brian Kest.

STEPHANIE THIELEN
Stephanie Thielen, B.S. holds 20 years of extensive experience in group fitness instruction, program development, and staff management at the corporate, community, and collegiate level. Dedicated to quality education, Stephanie provides fitness workshops that teach logical methods for class construction, providing the tools of the trade to help instructors develop their professional teaching skills.
Stephanie is a NETA Trainer, AEA Training Specialist, BOSU Master Trainer, and a Premier Consultant with SFR, a company that provides educational resources to fitness professionals.
Certifications: ACE, AFAA, AEA.

JODEE THOMAS HOLLENBECK
Jodee Thomas Hollenbeck is a Group Fitness Department Head at Life Time Fitness as well as the National Endurance Club Coordinator. She went to Mankato State University where she minored in Dance. She has been teaching in the industry since 1995, Jodee is Certified in Personal Training, Group Fitness as well as Yoga & Pilates. Her passions include dance, running, triathlons and inspiring others to live a full, fun and healthy life that includes exercise and play.
Certifications: NASM CPT, ACE Group Fitness, AFAA Group Fitness, Yoga Fit Levels 1-4, Stott Pilates, New Leaf Metabolic Specialist.
